Our High-Density Carbon PU Foam (80 kg/m) is a premium-grade polyurethane (PU) foam engineered for advanced vibration damping, acoustic insulation, thermal resistance, and impact absorption. With a closed-to-mixed cell structure and dense formulation, this foam is ideal for demanding applications in machine enclosures, generator rooms, studios, automotive cabins, HVAC panels, and packaging of sensitive equipment.

It is available in plain sheets, profiled (egg crate, pyramid), self-adhesive backing, or laminated with aluminum foil or film for thermal/acoustic hybrid solutions.
