Melamine Acoustic Foam is an ultra-lightweight, open-cell sound-absorbing foam made from melamine resin (a thermoset polymer) known for its high flame resistance, excellent sound absorption, and thermal insulation properties. Its fine cellular structure and low density make it an ideal material for controlling mid-to-high frequency noise in studios, offices, theaters, HVAC ducts, and engine enclosures.

Available in plain, convoluted (egg crate), pyramid, wedge, or custom CNC-cut profiles, melamine foam is the go-to solution where fire safety and sound clarity are top priorities.
